Namaste. Thanks for visiting. My soaps basically include the following oils/butter: shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, almond oil, avocado oil, rice bran oil, and castor oil. Some of them have micas for colorings and activated charcoal(the black color, which is supposed to be good for the skin), and few of them were scented with essential oils and fragrance oil(please click on each picture to read its ingredients). I actually tried to keep them as neutral and natural as possible. If you are allergic to any ingredients, please let me know. I will see if I have a soap that doesn't include the ingredient that will cause an allergic reaction. I have also tried to use carrot puree for coloring (eg, the yellow soap with the black cat embedded), and cow milk (eg, the white soap with the purple heart embedded).
Just so you know, these handmade soaps are not like store bought commercialized soaps, and are pricer. Each bar of soap is $6. I made each bar approximately the same size, cutting 8 to 10 from each small block, with lots of personal time invested. I don't have fancy or large equipment to fabricate, each bar is hand-made and blessed. If you are interested in ordering any of them, requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. These will make great holiday gifts or excellent items for personal care. Thank you so much for your support. Please contact me and let me know if you are interested in buying any of the soap. We can arrange local pickups to save the shipping cost if you live close by. Thanks again. ^-^
Tips for using and storing handmade soap to make it last longer:
1: Use a soap dish that offers drainage (e.g. slotted) so the soap can dry between uses. Another option is a flexible plastic suction cup soap saver – they’re inexpensive and work well both in the shower and at the sink. Wooden soap dishes can be used in the shower, if there is a high shelf available out of direct contact with water – and if there is adequate ventilation to allow drying between uses.
2: Use a soap saver pouch. Place your bar of soap in the pouch and pull the drawstring closed. Wet the soap and pouch and lather up. When done hang up the pouch, soap and all, to allow it and your soap to dry between uses.
3: keep the soap out of the shower room and let it air dry it possible.
